Relationship:
I am the EM on the Centrica account where Marion is the Functional Lead
Feedback:
Marion joined the account at the Design phase where she has worked very well with a demanding
and at times difficult client. Marion didn't have any deliverable as such within the design phase but the
functional area required her to work with the client, the offshore team and the project team to gain
insight into the work required to migrate from Centrica's current landscape onto HANA. Marion has
worked very well with the team, she is a trusted member who follows up on her actions and doesn't
need to be reminded. Marion is now working 3 days a week due to budget constraints from our side
and her additional time will be spent on internal work. With some consultants I would be worried
about this but with Marion's attention to detail and work ethic I know this will have no impact to the
project.
I have enjoyed Marion being part of the team, she rolls off soon due to her next project of being a new
Mum but I would happily work with Marion on future projects.
