Can You Feed a Family?
1. Can You Feed a Family?
A family without any food might be able to get some help through a
federal program called SNAP*. The average amount of money that a family
of three receives through SNAP is $13 per day. This helps them buy food,
but it is still hard to buy healthy food. Families have to do math and make
choices to figure out what they can buy.
