Campus CMI is a program that inspires and supports young people aged 14 to 21 in developing their management and leadership skills. It helps them achieve professional qualifications in these areas and ensures they are prepared for the workforce with skills employers require. Employers can also engage with schools and colleges through the program to help shape future managers and leaders.
