This document contains data on household income distributions for census tracts within a half mile of Caltrain stations in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties. It shows that approximately 30-31% of households within these census tracts have incomes below $50,000. Additional information is provided on low income census tracts, household income distributions along the El Camino corridor, and barriers to transit use according to the Palo Alto Transportation Management Association.
