The document is a call sheet for a shoot taking place on October 7th, 2016 from 1-2pm in the music room of Haydon School. The scene to be filmed shows the main character Georgina playing music for her friends, convincing her that music is what she wants to pursue. Today’s shoot is the scene where Georgina plays the music to her friends and they love it. It is a critical scene
within the music video as it is this scene that convinces Georgina that this is what she wants to do with her life.
Though the scene may end up being a test, even as a test the scene is vitally important as this scene needs to be
shot correctly. I will be using a variety of close ups to demonstrate the friend’s faces as well as point of view
shots so the audience feels a part of the group. I amalso going to be using a lot of movement and long takes so
that everything feels very fluid and realistic, as having the audience truly feel a part of the action will get across
the message that things do get better a lot more.

Requirements / Expectations of Creative Personnel
Georgina will need to be able to play the song and
know the words in this section, but she won’t need to
have the precise timing down as the song will be
playing over the top.
Special Requirements:
Being in a music room, there will be a lot of instruments around, so preferably nobody should touch themunless
they need to. There may also be some problems with people coming in to the room, but this will be dealt with.
As we’re inside, we’ll be nice and dry, however, none of the lights can be on so please be careful when moving
around the space.
