Veggies provide the essential nutrients vital for health. A single vegetable doesn't contain all
the essential nutrients. Always consume the widest range of colorful veggies regularly.
Some of them includes carrots, tomatoes, brinjal, onions, beetroot, cucumbers, cabbage,
cauliflower, colocasia, beans, bitter guard, bottle guard, capsicum, drumsticks, ladies finger,
potato, raddish, raw banana, mango, sweet potatoes, ridge guard, snake guard, spring
onions, yellow cucumber and so on...

Green leafy vegetables are one of the healthiest groups of vegetables. Darker the
vegetable greater the amount of antioxidants. Leafy greens are a good source of
vitamins, minerals, and carotenoid antioxidants. Make sure you include a minimum
of at least a serving of these greens each day. They help balance the sugar levels,
boost gut health, relieve stress levels, and support bone health.
