PANDEMIC IN ONLINE SHOPPING
BEHAVIOUR TO THE STUDENTS OF
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
 This study focused on finding the influence of covid-19
pandemic in online shopping behavior of students.
Specifically, this study seeks to answer the following
questions:
 1. What is the demographic profile of the respondents
in terms of:
 Name(optional):
• Sex;
• Age;
• Grade level:
2.What is the perception of students in
online shopping ?
3.How does the pandemic affect the
buying behavior of the students?
4. Is there a significant relationship
between the Covid-19 pandemic and
the online shopping behavior of
students?
 The Independent variables is COVID -19 pandemic.
On the other hand, the dependent variable is the
online shopping behavior of students. This research
aims to identify the effect of the given independent
variable to the dependent variable if there is a
significant relationship between the two.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
This study is aimed towards HRM students in
University of Rizal System- Rodríguez Campus about
effectiveness of digital recruitment . Digital
recruitment can be difficult to measure the
effectiveness of and posting a position online usually
results in hundreds of applicants many of whom will
not be suitable for and serious about the role, as a
result, the following questions will be addressed in this
study:
1. Do you think digital recruitment is effective? Yes
or No
2. Is digital recruitment is more convenient than
actual recruitment? If yes why?
3. Do you think digital recruitment became more
significant during the pandemic? Why or why
not?
4. What is the most benefits of digital recruitment?
a. Safetyness of Employee b. Cost Efficient c.
Time Efficient If other pls specify:
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
 This research aims to know how well effective digital
recruitment in the time of pandemic.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
• To evaluate the effectiveness of digital
recruitment in hiring people.
• To assess the capabilities of digital recruitment in
selecting right person for the job position

INTRODUCTION
 The Purpose of this research is to determine the effect of small
businesses on local economies. Small business have risen to
prominence as important engines of economic growth and job
creation.
 Rodriguez, Rizal has a population of 443,954 people making it as
the most populous municipality in the country. Having a small
business there has a big advantage because of the population
that they have. The researcher decided to conduct a research to
determine the effect of small businesses to the local economies
of Rodriquez, Rizal.
 This research will help to find out how small business affecting
the local economy how they help providing employment and
how they bring growth and innovation to the community.
RESEARCH QUESTION
1. Do you think your business has effect on local
economy? If yes in what way do you think your
business affecting local economy?
2. Is your employees are from your community? yes or
no
3. Have you buy goods and services from other local
businesses? If yes why do you think it’s important to
buy good and services to other local businesses?
