mid-level businesses throughout the United States and Canada. We also provide services to
businesses from start-up to multi-million dollar sales levels.
We have extensive experience and expertise in providing help and assistance to companies,
guiding them to higher profitability and increased efficiencies. Our success is largely due to our
methodology and process in identifying challenges, and providing affordable, long-term,
solutions to our clients.
Like banks and financial institutions, bonding companies and financial advisors, we strive to
build long-term relationships with our clients, creating an alliance through loyalty and trust
which would be similar to the relationships businesses have with their accountants, CPA’s, tax
advisors, and attorneys.

To make the Seminar/Forum successful it will require a minimum of 20 businesses represented
by their Owner, President, or CEO of the business, plus a key employee if the client so chooses.
You have complete control on the wide range and types of business and industries who can
attend. However, we do offer our assistance and guidance from our executive, Patricia Davis, in
the selection of businesses, so this is available if you so need.
4. Just to recap
We are asking your bank to host a 3 hour webinar for your selected clients who are P&L
responsible for their business(s) and the outline of this project is as follows:
• Your company does not compensate thebusinessbrain.com for ANY services, or for
conducting the seminar. And theBusinessBrain does not compensate your company for
any services.
• Your company provides the venue, and provisions for the morning event, along with any
banners, or your selected marketing presence at the seminar.
• Your company will provide whatever AV support items needed for the presentation. ie:
screen, white board etc.
• Your company, if you wish, can provide power-point slides for theBusinessBrain to
incorporate into the beginning, or the end, of the seminar...it could be such as, the “newest
and latest products or services” that your Company wants to market.
• theBusinessBrain will provide a speaker (Executive) to present the seminar, including any
handouts if necessary.
• Your company may want to provide a give-away for promotion at the end of the seminar.
theBusinessBrain will be providing: (1) Free, (full business analysis) to (2) two qualified
businesses at the seminar. Each Business Analysis has a $5,000.00 dollar value.
• Your company will display its' banner and logo, and provide any hand-outs, gifts, etc., it
may desire.
