The business model idea is to give online education to the students how live in
hostels and rural areas because the don’t have access to tution so they will be able
to take online tution through webcam and they will be charged for that. We will also
provide free e-books who will opt for online tution classes and others will be
charged.

The customer who face problem to purchase books due to unavailability or high cost
There problems will be solved because all the books will be available and they will be
of low cost to. The students who live in rural areas and don’t have good tutions and
those who live in hostel there problem will also be solved because there will be
availability of online tution.
3. What are the disadvantages of existing alternatives as compared to your business
idea?
The existing alternative are more costly like the books of higher education are very
costly and there is unavailability in the market but on our website they will be of low
cost and most of the books will be available and the customer doesn’t have to travel
to buy books.In rural areas there is unavailability of quality tutions so it will solve
there problems also because they can take access of online good quality education
and those who live in hostel and are not allowed to get out of there campus can also
take the tution.
