This document provides instructions for a final case study and strategic plan assignment. Students are asked to write a 10-12 page proposal to Starbucks' board of directors from the perspective of an executive. The proposal should include a 3-year strategic management plan with sections on an economic assessment, marketing assessment plan, financial plan, organizational structure recommendation, and supporting rationale. Students must use the Starbucks Global Quest 2006 case study and support their analysis with external sources, including pro-rata financial statements.
