Burn Gym Sabse Bada Loser Season 8 is back with a bang. The
season has a win - win challenge for its participants. Anyone
can come and be part of the Sabse Bada Loser challenge,
where the person who loses the maximum weight in 45 days
will be rewarded. So what are you waiting for when you are
being incentivized for losing those unwanted kilos!
 The event has begun from 27th Jan 2018 and will continue till
12th March 2018. The participants of the challenge will be
weighed once at the beginning of the challenge and then on
the last day of the season. The variation in weight on these
two days will decide the winner of the challenge.

3. Rules
To ensure fair play and select the one who has really put out his/ her sweat
& blood, few measures will be taken as mentioned below:
 The candidate should not be wearing any kind of footwear or socks while he/she is
being weighed.
 To ensure minimal weight of clothes, the candidates will be allowed to wear only a
t-shirt and a pair of track pants or shorts.
 Heavy clothes like jackets, sweaters and leggings will be asked to remove during
the weighing process.

4.  To guarantee a rational decision and avoid any kind of partiality or
favoritism, two trainers will be present at the time of weight check with
their signature on candidate’s form.
 The timings for Weight Check Process will be:
 In the morning – 7AM to 12AM
 In the evening – 4PM to 9 PM
 The weight recorded should include the smallest of decimal measured in
the weighing machine so as to ensure accuracy in the process. Like if a
person’s weight is 70.20 Kgs, so it would be documented the same and
not as 70 Kgs.
 The form should be properly filled avoiding any kind of overwriting, as it
may lead to disqualification of the candidate.
