• 1/8 kg ground pork
• 1/8 kg ground beef
• 1 tsp minced Garlic
• 1 tsp minced Onion
• 1 small egg
• White ground pepper
• 1 tsp refined salt
• 2 tbsp evaporated milk
• Pinch of seasoning
Did you know?The concept of minced
meat shaped into a patty dates back to
the Mongol Empire.Warriors would
place raw meat under their saddles
while riding to tenderize it. Eventually,
the idea evolved into the hamburger we
know today.
Procedure
Step 1
In a large mixing
bowl, combine the
ground beef,
ground pork,
minced garlic,
onion, salt, white
pepper, evaporated
milk and egg.
Step 2
Use your hands
or a spoon to
mix the
ingredients
thoroughly until
well combined.
Step 3
Cure for 8-10
hours at room
temperature or for
1-2 days on the
refrigerator.
Step 4
Divide the meat
mixture into equal
portions,
depending on how
large you want
your burgers to
be.
Step 5
Use your burger
presser or hands to
shape each portion
into a patty,
ensuring they are
of uniform size and
thickness for even
cooking.
Step 6
Arrange in a
container with
patty liners in
between. Freeze at
a temperature over
0°F or -18°C They
can last up to 3
months.
Step 7
To cook, heat your
pan over medium-
high heat. Place the
burger patties on the
cooking surface.
Cook for about 4-5
minutes on each side
