2. INTRODUCTION
● Today, the world is developing at a rate never before.Globalization has increased the
reach of people and power of leaders.
● But, the basic problems still remain the same, especially for poor and unskilled people.
● It is just near to impossible for an unskilled person to get a job in this competitive world.
● Not only unskilled, even skilled people are facing such problems because the
competition has shifted to an unseen level.
● It is really a misconception that there is a shortage of jobs in India.There in the market,
there are thousands of startups who need people but aren’t able to.
● So, to cater to all such job problems and much more, we plan to develop a platform like
never before.

3. OVERVIEW
• We plan to build a community platform both for Entrepreneurs and those who wish to be
Entrepreneurs or are interested in working in Startups.
• Everyone would have their profile just like Facebook and people would connect with each
other just like LinkedIn.
• This way startup lovers would be able to get connected with Entrepreneurs of their choice
and even other aspirers.
• Students from all over India would compete with each other in various Entrepreneurial
events such as BUSINESS BAAZIGAR
• Most Important, we would provide free counselling and subsequent mentoring and
incubation to Entrepreneurs and Startups at pre-seed stage.
• People would not just be able to connect with them based on contacts and connections,
but anyone they wish to , either based on location, college, school, or whatever , using our
search algorithms.

based on their choices and learn a lot as well as get help.National and regional
Entrepreneurial competitions and events.
The platform would also serve as a platform for Entrepreneurs to share their
experiences and keep the newbies motivated.
It would become very easy for common man to get jobs in startups based on
needs, choices and skills. This would be really beneficial for less-skilled people.
