ABOUT TEARSHEETS
Use tearsheets (often referred to as "hotlists") to group candidates,
contacts, or jobs based on any criteria you define and save them for
later reference.
With candidate tearsheets, you can:
Create mass mailings for targeted job openings.
Maintain a list of "hot" candidates whom Sales Reps can refer to for
proactive marketing calls.
With contact tearsheets, you can:
Create mass mailings for agency advertising.
Maintain separate lists of suspects and prospects so you and your
managers can quickly see what jobs should be brought into the
pipeline.
With job tearsheets, you can keep recruiters informed of most
important job orders that need attention.
ABOUT TEARSHEETS
• As your collection of tearsheets starts to grow, it may require
maintenance to stay current and relevant.
• This includes, but is not limited to, removing any candidates or
contacts who are no longer part of the target audience for your mass
mailings, adding new candidates and contacts to lists, removing
closed jobs, as well as deleting tearsheets entirely if they are no
longer used.
• You can view all of your company’s public tearsheets by selecting
Tearsheets on either the Candidates, Companies, or Jobs
menu.
