This document discusses how adopting Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) improved outcomes for the BBC Weather team. It summarizes: 1) Originally, the BBC Weather team was doing agile (Scrum) and test-driven development (TDD) but was actually practicing "mini waterfall" with developers blocked on each other's work. 2) After receiving agile coaching, the team shifted to thinner feature slices, work-in-progress limits, and cross-functional pairing, allowing features to be delivered more frequently and with higher quality. 3) Adopting BDD well led to business value being released more quickly and regularly, fewer bugs, and an ability to plan more consistently as features
