 I have since tried puree of sunflower seeds without
noticing any ill effects.
Chunky peanut butter seems to cause the same
problem as the sunflower seeds did

chewing...
Modern humans spend 2hr a day
eating.
 Hunter gatherer’s have larger jaws
than agriculturalists from chewing
