Bruce Goff was an American architect born in 1904 in Kansas who was self-taught and worked without formal credentials. He is known for his organic and experimental designs that broke conventions, such as the Bavinger House built in 1950 in Norman, Oklahoma which featured pods for rooms without walls that spiraled upward. Goff's unique style resulted in each project being individually designed with no single style.
