- 2. The receiving screen(Fig.-1) allows TRS to promptly assign a file and work order number for each order. A file referencing the customers’ information is generated every time an order is received. A work order number is automatically assigned for each job logged in and attached to the file. The progress of every order is easily tracked from the time it enters our building. The work order processing screen (Fig.-2) allows TRS to easily track the progress and history of your item(s). Whether you have a single order or multiple orders with us the information is readily available. Each repair goes through a systematic process: disassembling, cleaning, evaluating, assembling, aligning / synchronizing, and testing. Once the technician has completed the repair, it is sent to quality control (QC) for final inspection and testing. A summarized report (Fig.-3) accompanies each job and outlines the initial test results at incoming, replacement and repair of defective components, cause of failure, bench and system test results. • Provided with every repair quote. • Outlines problems found and required steps for repair. • Final test results recorded and shipped with every motor.
