television (DTT), which is an essential part to the projects of National Minister of ICT, thanks to the big

Recommender system, an information filtering technology employed in many items is presented in internet sites as per the interest of users, and is implemented in applications like movies, music, venue, books, research articles, tourism and social media normally. Recommender systems research is usually supported comparisons of predictive accuracy: the higher the evaluation scores, the higher the recommender. One amongst the leading approaches was the utilization of advice systems to proactively recommend scholarly papers to individual researchers. In today's world, time has more value and therefore the researchers haven't any much time to spend on trying to find the proper articles in line with their research domain. Recommender Systems are designed to suggest users the things that best fit the user needs and preferences. In this study, we used several classifiers and vectorizers to see their effect on processing social media data. In this study, the classifiers used were random forest, logistic regression, Bernoulli Naive Bayes (NB), and support vector clustering (SVC). Random forests are used to reduce spatial complexity, and also to minimize errors. Logistic regression is a method with a statistical model whose basic form uses a logistic function to represent the binary dependent variable. Then, the Naive Bayes function uses binary elements and SVC which has so far given good results rivals other guided learning. Our tests use social media data. Based on the tests that have been carried out on classifier variations and vectorizer variations, it was found that the best classifier is a linear regression algorithm based on predictive adaptive compared to the random forest method based on decision trees, probability-based Bernoulli NB and SVC which work by clustering. Meanwhile, from the test results on the count vectorizer, term frequency-inverse document frequency (TFIDF), and hashing, the best accuracy is achieved on the TFIDF vectorizer. In this case, it means that the TFIDF vectorizer has a better value in presenting word feature dimensions.

The Things of Internet (TOI) are paradigm stands for
virtually interconnected objects that we can identify the objects
through its different devices and services with Wi-Fi sensing
system, computing, and communications system. All of the
implementations, applications and there services are
implemented over the TOI architecture system. It can use the
concept to get benefit over the cloud computing services. Sensing
Service (SS) is cloud-inspired service model which used to
enables access the TOI. We present a framework where TOI can
enhance public safety through crowd management system, and
also provide sensing services with different types of sensors
device are available. In order to ensure trustworthiness in the
presented framework, where users can support from there
reviews with the incentive supported of network, we can also
check the trustworthiness of data, for more trustfulness. We have
design for mobile services application to demonstrate how users
our can connect to Wi-Fi hotspots and how the networks work in
crowd sourced Wi-Fi sensing system. We propose a SS scheme
namely, Sensing for Crowd Management (SCM) for front-end
access to the TOI. To collect and share user experience through
Wi-Fi hotspots in an urban and rural area. We incorporate the
network into the system. SCM is used to sensing data on cloud
model and a procedure which used to selects mobile devices for
specific tasks and identifies the payments by users through
mobile devices which provide data. The performance of SCM
shows that the impact of more users in the crowd sourced data
can be degraded by 70% while trustworthiness of a malicious
user converges to a value below 30% following few auctions.
Moreover, we show that SCM can enhance the utility of the
public safety authority up to 80%.

The major objectives of this study was to investigate how information system IS measures that influence user satisfaction of the Diponegoro university students, also to design and analysis the implementation of Zachman Framework. Based on the data analysis collected by e-mail, the conclusion were: Design of the website in online store is good implementation because there is majority of respondents agree for customer satisfaction. The analysis of zachman framework for shopme design online store reflected the best solution because describe the more comprehensive coverage for all enterprise architecture stakeholders. The information system is measures the influence user satisfaction of the Diponegoro University students, and the design and analysis the implementation of zachman framework in this study presented a method that provides guidance in the development of an organization’s enterprise architecture.

SmartBike: an IoT Crowd Sensing Platform for Monitoring City Air PollutionIJECEIAES
In recent years, the Smart City concept is emerging as a way to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall quality of citizen life. The rise of Smart City solutions is encouraged by the increasing availability of Internet of Things (IoT) devices and crowd sensing technologies. This paper presents an IoT Crowd Sensing platform that offers a set of services to citizens by exploiting a network of bicycles as IoT probes. Based on a survey conducted to identify the most interesting bike-enabled services, the SmartBike platform provides: real time remote geo-location of users’ bikes, anti-theft service, information about traveled route, and air pollution monitoring. The proposed SmartBike platform is composed of three main components: the SmartBike mobile sensors for data collection installed on the bicycle; the end-user devices implementing the user interface for geo-location and anti-theft; and the SmartBike central servers for storing and processing detected data and providing a web interface for data visualization. The suitability of the platform was evaluated through the implementation of an initial prototype. Results demonstrate that the proposed SmartBike platform is able to provide the stated services, and, in addition, that the accuracy of the acquired air quality measurements is compatible with the one provided by the official environmental monitoring system of the city of Turin. The described platform will be adopted within a project promoted by the city of Turin, that aims at helping people making their mobility behavior more sustainable.

1. BROWNFIELD SITES
Brownfields are commonly defined as “sites
that have been affected by former uses of the
site or surrounding land, are derelict or
underused, are mainly in fully or partly
developed urban areas, require intervention
to bring them back to beneficial use and may
have real or perceived contamination
problems” (CABERNET, 2006).
The presence of brownfields is recognised to
be a global challenge, because, since the
second half of the 19th century,
industrialization has produced many
contaminated brownfield areas all over the
world. Sustainable approaches for
brownfields regeneration still need to be
promoted.

2. THE TIMBRE INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR BROWNFIELD
REGENERATION
Brownfield regeneration in the European
context has too often proven to be
unsuccessful due to several problems, delays
and failure factors.
One of these problems concerns the non-
visibility of available methodologies and tools,
which hampers stakeholders in accessing the
most useful and customised information. This
situation brings to an unsuccessful
regeneration of the brownfield sites, which is
recognized as a problem.
In order to overcome this problem, the
TIMBRE Information System for
Brownfield Regeneration (Information
System) was developed, which collects all
available information on brownfield
regeneration and makes them more visible
and tailored according to stakeholders’
needs.
The Information System is a web based
software which supports stakeholders in
sharing, accessing and selecting the most
suitable information for the different phases of
the brownfield management process, taking
into account stakeholders’ specific
requirements and using feedbacks provided
by previous users.
The tool is composed of the TIMBRE web
database, where the web links to relevant
information on brownfield regeneration are
stored, and by a ranking methodology that
allows to classify those web links according to
users’ characteristics and information needs.
These two components are effectively
integrated into the tool and users can benefit
from their features through user friendly
functionalities and interfaces.
The active involvement of TIMBRE partners
and stakeholders, during the Information
System development, has been of crucial
importance to guarantee that the scientific
process would have produced a useful and
shared result.

The Information System aims at providing

when dealing with brownfield management.

4. INFORMATION SYSTEM STRUCTURE AND ACCESS
The Information System is composed of two
main modules (see Fig. 3):
1. the TIMBRE web database, where the web
links to information on brownfield
regeneration (in the form of Regulations,

studies) are stored and organised
according to the following brownfield
management phases:

3. BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE RANKING METHODOLOGY
The methodology implemented in the
Information System is based on the idea of
developing a system with the ability to
continuously learn from past search sessions
in order to improve the provided results. For
this purpose Artificial Neural Networks
(ANNs) are used.
An ANN consists of a mathematical model
inspired by biological neural networks, with an
interconnected group of artificial neurons.

A graphic representation of a generic ANN is
reported in Fig. 4, where the circles are the
neurons and the lines are the connections.
The neurons that provide the outputs of the
network, are called output neurons, the other
neurons, which perform intermediate
computations, are termed hidden neurons.
This methodology makes use of information
collected from users and in particular: User
related inputs provided by users during the
registration to the tool, Session related inputs
that are provided by the user during each
search session, Scores inputs resulting from
the evaluation of the web links contents, and
Statistics (e.g., number of clicks received by a
web link from users belonging to the same
stakeholder category).

involvement of stakeholders has constantly
been promoted during the different stages of
the Information System development.
In particular, as described in Fig. 5,
stakeholders have been involved during the
development of a framework used to structure
the information collected within the web
database, to upload and update information
within the tool, and during three testing
activities aimed at improving the
functionalities of the tool and at collecting
evaluations and feedbacks on the information
stored within the tool.

5. INFORMATION SYSTEM OUTPUTS
The Information System provides each user
with a customised and tailored list of the web
links as outputs of his/her search session
(See Fig. 6). The web links are ranked
according to the user’s requirements, to
statistics from previous users with the same
characteristics, to the user specific search
goal, and other technical indications.
After clicking on the wanted information
category (Fig. 6 on the left), the list of
available information are ranked according to
the user’s characteristics and visualised, as
reported in Fig. 6 (on the right).

6. SUMMARY
The Information System represents an
innovative tool for increasing and improving
the access to available information on
sustainable brownfield redevelopment. The
tool is an attempt to overcome the barriers
which actually hamper the optimal and
effective use of available approaches,
technologies and tools across different
European Countries.
The Information System is the result of the
active involvement of stakeholders and is
expected to become a “living system” which
relies on direct end-users inputs, updates and
evaluations.
