The Pretty with a Purpose Organization was founded by Bria Virgil to build young girls' confidence through pageantry, mentoring, and coaching. The organization's mission is to build self-esteem in girls today so they become confident women tomorrow. Girls can participate as PWAP Girls or Queens, which requires them to be good representatives of the organization at community events, and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.

Pageantry
Aside from the scholarships,awards and the
crown, the girls will walk away with important life
lesson when competing in pageants. Lessons such
as how to speech in front a crowd, how to become
independent, how to bringawareness to
something you truly careabout, interview skills
and ultimately self-confidence
Mentoring
Mentors will work one on one with each girl to
instorein them what itmeans to be a young
woman and how to livewith self-confidence.The
mentors would teach the lesson of the organization
to the girls by leadingby example.They would
show self-worth and the clients will follow.

to any measure to help prepare each client for their
pageant at an affordable price!
Becoming a PWAP Girl
and PWAP Queen
Pretty with a Purpose staff members, better known
as PWAP Girls and Queens, have to uphold the
image of the organization. They go to events across
their community to spread awareness about the Pretty
with a Purpose Organization. They volunteer with
the organization and have good morals. They are
encouraging to all girls and women they encounter.
Requirements for PWAP Girls and
Queens
PWAP Girl:
1. Applicant must be 13 years of age and
no older than 18 years of age.
2. Applicant must be single, or never
married
3. Applicant must be of good health and
moral character.
4. Applicant must not have been convicted
of a felony crime.
5. Applicant must be willing to attend
events in their community.
6. Applicant must have a minimum GPA
of 2.5.
PWAP Queen:
1. Applicant must be 13 years of age and
no older than 18 years of age.
2. Applicant must be single, or never
married
3. Applicant must be of good health and
moral character.
4. Applicant must not have been
