Football, also known as soccer, is a team sport played between two teams of 11 players each using a spherical ball. The objective is to score more goals than the opposing team by moving the ball past the goal line into the opposing team's goal. Players use their feet to kick the ball and are only allowed to touch the ball with their body, but not their hands or arms.
