Experience: 36 years in academics and 10 years in the corporate world.
Teaching : At undergraduate and post graduate level teaching and research in Nigeria for 6 years,
in England for 4 years and in Greater China for 4 years.
In India since 1991 as full Professor having taught at several places including XLRI,
IIM (Kozikode), IIM (Indore) and Bharati Vidyapeeth University.
Academic Record: PG in Industrial Relations (Hons) and PG in Business Management from
XLRI Jamshedpur.
M.Sc (Econs) and PhD from London School of Economics and Political
Science.
