7. The Sweat440 Brand aims to revolutionize the boutique fitness industry by combining the
motivation and care (attention) of small group training classes with the convenience of our
Customer Experience Software (CES) known as FLEXTIME FITNESS SYSTEMS (tm). Gyms
that license the Sweat440 Brand accomplish this by offering a “turnstyle” (carousel); 4 station
workout, each tranche lasts 10 minutes. A new set of guests can start every 10 minutes! The 40-
minute class incorporate a quick and effective combination of cardio, strength, balance, mobility
and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) aimed to burn fat and boost your metabolism. This
cross-training method allows guests to arrive at any time that best fit their schedules
