This document contains a floor plan proposal for Brick House Tavern & Tap. The proposal aims to create an efficient floor plan to help the restaurant and servers make more money. Currently, there is no set floor plan and the 4 managers each run the floor differently. The proposal seeks to standardize a floor plan process through a binder with guidelines. This would make the restaurant operations more consistent and smooth, benefiting servers, managers and customers. Feedback will be gathered from the general manager and other stakeholders.
