Breeze is a mobile application that allows customers, staff, and prospects to interact and communicate through features like logging issues, making requests, sending notifications, creating events, uploading documents and catalogs, managing users and advertisements. It aims to streamline interactions for real estate enterprises and provide a rich customer experience through their smartphones. The application can be used both externally to facilitate communication between residents and property managers and internally for communication between office and site staff. It also supports marketing and customer relationship management functions like providing company and property information to prospects.
