2. We inherit actions, habits and mind-sets from
parents, teachers, school
friends, mentors, society etc .
These actions either unleash blessings or
curses.
3. We can break free by no longer being
conformed to the patterns of this world but
by being transformed by the renewing of the
mind.
..and being born again, repenting of those
actions, becoming a new person.
4. Because it starts
with the fear of
rejection.
2Timothy 1:7
For the Spirit God does
not make us timid, but
gives us power, love
and self-discipline.
5. We are so afraid of outside judgement that
we shrink away from stepping up at the
slightest hint of rejection.
6. “Your vision is too big
Godlife! It’s impossible!”
Matthew 19:26
Jesus looked at them and said, “With
man this is impossible, but with God
all things are possible.”
7. It’s too much work to make a commitment to
change. It’s so much easier staying part of the
pack.We don’t want to look like the only
positive ‘freak’ wherever we are.
8. How can
everyone else be
wrong?
Matthew 10:16
1 “I am sending you out like
sheep among wolves.”
9. I know this is how
I am supposed to
act but I am
surrounded by
negative people.
10. Mark 13:13
13 Everyone will hate you
because of me”
Accept this fact. People don’t
wave happy flags at agents of
change.
11. They would
rather stay in
chains than take a
chance on the
smallest ‘false’
hope.
13. Imagine building an Ark with no rain in sight.
Just becauseGod said you should…
14.
15. 1 John 3:13
13 Do not be surprised, my brothers and
sisters, if the world hates you.
1 Peter 4:4
4 They are surprised that you do not join them
in their reckless, wild living, and they heap
abuse on you.
16. You can stay stuck in your rut. Focused only
on the little world around you or you can roll
up your sleeves and make your life about
building an ark to save mankind!
Your life will not change unless your thinking
and actions change!
17. Realize that the
world around you
is full of bad
information, bad
influence and bad
programming!
