LEARNING HOW TO LEARN
HABITS ARE IMPORTANT – FIRST YOU CREATE
HABITS THEN HABITS CREATE YOU.
MORNING ROUTINES – Jumpstart your brain so you could
jumpstart the day.
1. REMEMBER YOUR DREAM – reason why you have to
remember your dream is because some of the most
incredible ideas and works of art and literature came from
the dream state.
MORNING ROUTINES
2. MAKE MY BED – start with excellence because how you do anything
is how you do everything. Your brain likes to build up success.
3. BRUSH MY TEETH – brush using opposite hand. By doing so it
activates different parts of the brain because as your body moves your
brain grooves.
4. DRINK TALL GLASS OF WATER - brain and body is made of 70%
water. Hydrate first because you lose a lot of water while you sleep.
5. TAKE A COLD SHOWER – take a cold shower to lower inflammation.
It resets your nervous system, resets your brain, because thriving
energy, mental energy to clearing brain fog, is to lower inflammation.
MORNING ROUTINES
6. DRINK TEA – avoid coffee in the morning. Tea is known to boost brain health.
7. JOURNAL – start with gratitude because gratitude rewires your brain. It helps you
activate more of your flow states. Flow states is a state of optimal performance where
you feel your best you act your state.
8. EXERCISE – even for few minutes because anything that is good for your heart is
good for your brain.
9. DEEP BREATHING – any breathing method that you know as long as it’s deep.
Because the lower one third of your lungs absorbs two thirds of the oxygen.
10. EAT SOMETHING YOU LIKE – anything that is good for your mood is good for
your mind.
11. READ – mental exercise. Leaders are readers.

of the effects of Vitamin D deficiency is
cognitive decline.

3. BAD SOCIAL LIFE – all your organs,
including your brain, benefit from regular
socialization.
BAD HABITS THAT DAMAGE YOUR BRAIN
4. DRINKING AND
SMOKING – you’re
increasing the risk
of brain damage
along with different
kinds of diseases.

5. MULTITASKING – IS
DANGEROUS. It ruins
our productivity and
focus and can even
damage memory and
other important brain
functions.

6. BEING LAZY – Have an
active life-style. Do things that
promotes the blood supply in
your brain that carries
oxygen. The more oxygen

memory will improve.
