 Operation and Monitoring of:
a) Multiple Effect Evaporator plant.
b) Reverse Osmosis Plant (ROCHEM MODEL,operating).
c) Biological System
d) ATFD (Agitated Thin Film Dryer)
e) Distillation Column and
f) Sewage treatment plant.
 Collect routine and non-routine water samples for lab analysis. Review and monitor laboratory reports.
Perform minor and basic field and laboratory water quality testing.
 Assist in planning Schedule repairs to existing equipment with internal and outside contractors.
 Assist in the coordination of chemical deliveries for water treatment system.
 Assist in the coordination of removal of waste sludge from treatment units and evaporation ponds and
Proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste.
 Follow and perform the scheduled daily work activities and predictive maintenance activities.
 Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, purchase, and production for efficient function of
the system and work flows.
 Recording and maintaining operation and maintenance log sheets for all equipments and instrumentation
of the plant to monitor the performance and operation of the plant and its related equipments and
instrumentations.
 Perform reverse osmosis membranes cleaning and its related chemical preparations.
 To optimize power, steam consumption.
 Water accounting and qty balancing at plant level.
 Lead the plant EHS team, Customer EHS audits and Maintain good relations with local and State
Pollution control board Authorities.
 Implementing Environment, Health and safety policy and procedures in compliance with state, federal
and local laws and standards.
 Implement programs to the employees in safe operating procedures, fire prevention, safe handling of
chemicals, and other materials.
 Drive for Contractor safety and incident prevention programs across the plant.
 Carrying out Job Safety Observation and Job Safety Analysis. Playing responsible role on implementing
Safety systems towards Zero accidents.
