• Assess confidence in exposure characterization, confidence in existing controls, and acceptability of exposure relative
to applicable Air Force, Department of Defense, and OSHA standards.
• Independently perform complex industrial hygiene sampling, environmental monitoring, and process evaluations.
• Identify, evaluate, and control occupational health hazards in a variety of large complex environments.
• Advisor to organizational leadership and directors on critical occupational safety and health related concerns.
• Department manager, directly supervising five personnel while leading 92 professional Military members.
• Develop inspection and evaluation strategies to eliminate health hazards within 170 industrial work centers for five
Military installations ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance with applicable OSHA directives.
• Project manager and team lead in developing industrial hygiene procedures, protocols, and programs for the highest
health risk industrial work center in the United States Air Force, Air National Guard, exceeding OSHA and EPA
standards while significantly improving employee health and environmental compliance.
• Lead instructor facilitating and directing 5000+ Military Medical Unit personnel through field operational training,
familiarization, and procedures unique to a deployed setting on United States and foreign soil.
• Effectively communicates occupational health hazards and risks to senior leadership, supervisors, and employees.
• Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple time sensitive industrial hygiene organizational projects.
• Implemented environmental compliance water surveillance in support of drinking and waste water programs.
