o Implemented new budget and cost-tracking methods for materials and man hours on a contract by

o Guided the growth of California’s Terra Chem, manufacturers of oil additives at the well site, as it grew

Principal Managing Consultant
Advised two Hutterite colonies suffering from a dramatic level of business naivety stemming from their
isolationist lifestyle, rejection of technology, and modern lifestyle amenities. Addressed pending issues
that would result in bankruptcy.
o Reconstructed over four years of financial information, trained accounting staff in QuickBooks that
was replacing manual accounting practices, and subsequently consolidated over 36 loans into one
master loan.
o Retrained accounting staff to accommodate farming and non-owned farm land and feed lots within 90
days.
o Construct a new mechanic’s shop which is now producing over $800,000 in pre-tax profits.
o Improved farm operations and realized over $2-million in profits, on 25,000 acres of farmland.

complex and burgeoning financial structure that had produced over 200 incorporated LLCs, one for each
contract, an operational crisis that saw only 5% of all contracts finish on-time, and significant budget
issues.
o Implemented new accounting procedures and streamlined cash management by ending intercompany
cash transfers and closing out over 200 jobs in five LLCs.
o Reduced A/P, primarily owed to subcontractors, from 90-to-120 and brought all current within six
months.
o Collaborated with the Chief Framer and his framing crew leaders to help coordinate the efforts of
subcontractors including plumbing, framing, and electrical work. Achieved a 95% on-time completion
record within 90 days.
