Introduction
 India's love affair with food is long and legendary.
 Indian food changes with every mile and every
season.
 No other nation probably offers as wide a variety
of cuisines as India.
 We will take you to 7 major cities for their food
variety.
 The food tour is of 11/12 day itinerary.
 Tour date will be from 9th nov to 20th nov.
Inclusion
 Group tour of pax 6/ customised tour as specified.
 Sightseeing on SIC basis.

New Delhi
Day 1
 Arrive New Delhi Airport according to your source place and
meet our representative to check in to hotel Rosette.
 Enjoy afternoon lunch at hotel and relax.
 In evening visit local market by foot and try some street foods
like Golgappa, chaat etc.
 Overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
Day 2
 After getting fresh in morning with soothing masala tea and light
breakfast, proceed to reach chawari bazaar via metro.
 Walk through colourful streetfood Sitaram bazaar, take cycle
rickshaws and visit the famous Khari Baoli spice market. This is
Asia's largest wholesale market selling all kinds of spices and nuts
 take a cycle rickshaw to visit the Sees Ganj Gurudwara, participate
in the cooking of the langar, the community cooking program of the
Sikhs.
 Stroll to sightsee Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India,
Digambar Jain Temple and the bird hospital in it. Next visit the Gauri
Shankar Temple, Bhagirath Palace, Central Baptist Church and Red
fort.
 After sightsee walk through Chandni Chowk area, to visit Paranthe
Wali Galli (Lane of Parathas) and a famous jalebi stall. Also, sooth
some delicacies like Daulat ki chaat, fruit sandwich and kulle.
 In evening, Take metro to reach cannaught place and rest is free for
shopping at palika bazzar and janpath.
 Return to hotel and have overnight stay with dinner.
Day 3
Depart 07:35 New Delhi Arrive
08:20 Jaipur
 After an early wake up, check out for airport to reach Jaipur.
 Check in the hotel Marriott for couple of hours of rest and freshening
up.
 we will begin to explore the Pink City of India by a delightful food
walk through it’s old markets and lanes.
 we’ll sample different types of delicious kachouris, chai prepared
over charcoal fire, some justly famous Rajasthani sweets, around
half a dozen different snacks
 During tour visit sights such as Galta jee Temple (with it’s resident
population of monkeys and langoors), Nahargarh Fort and a few
more depending upon available time.
 Explore the local markets with their mind boggling varieties of
colours, fragrances and people selling and buying almost everything
under the sun like clothes, jewelery, bangles, shoes, utensils, spices
and much more.
 Return to hotel to have a traditional rajasthani dinner and stay.
Ahmedabad
Day 4
Depart 08:15 Jaipur Arrive
09:30 Ahmedabad
 Check out and proceed for airport to reach Ahmedabad.
 Check in to the hotel House of Mangaldas Girdhardas, get fresh with
light gujrati breakfast.
 In Afternoon, proceed for jewellery market, Rani no Hajiro is right next to
the chowk and its a great place for shopping for fabrics and paints.
 Visit Manek Chowk which is remains the center of Old Ahmedabad and
is still flocked by locals and tourists alike for the shopping opportunities
it offers during the day.
 The most famous is mahalaxmi pavbhaji centre, cuisines like Choclate
sandwich and choclate pizza, Masala butter dosa, Asharfi kulfi seems to
be most popular.
 After having a brief dinner at this street food, return to the hotel and
spend overnight.
Day 5
 At morning after breakfast, visit vastrapur lake.
 In the afternoon you will go for the sightseeing in Ahmedabad
and visit the Gandhi ashram, Hathee Singh Jain Temple, Jama
Masjid, Calico museum of textiles.
 Next we will proceed for Vishala to experience a gujarati cultural
delight with amazing thali. Indulge yourself in thaali, so elaborate
and yum, that you'll take an hour before you feel like getting up,
and then for sure you'll slump off to sleep, dreaming about the
taste of all that makkhan and ghee.
 Return to hotel and stay overnight.
Hyderabad
Day 6

 Check out and arrive hyderabad by early flight and check in to your hotel Taj
Falaknuma Palace.
 After relaxing, emabark on this tantailzing tour of Hyderabad with a cup of
Irani Chai and Osmania Biscuits known as two of the best and most
delicious specialities of the city, other delicacies and confectionaries like
puffs, pastries, stuffed bread like dil-pasand and dil-khush can be savoured
 Walking towards Patherghatti, sample some of the best varieties of dosas
and head towards a local spice market which is known for its exotic and
flavour some spices. Experience the variants in Hyderabadi spices and know
the secret of its delicious cuisines!
 During tour visit sightsee CharMinar, Birla Mandir and other places if time is
allowed.
 In evening, visit a nearby market and delight on delicacies like Nahari
Kulcha, roti kheema and bhaja curry. Sample the most authentic Hyderabadi
Biryani in this market.
 After a scrumptious day of sampling and savouring different cuisines of
Hyderabad, conclude this food tour by relishing desserts like double

Day 7

 After morning light breakfast , checkout and get on flight for calcutta.
 Reach calcutta within 2.30 hour, check in to hotel The Oberoi Grand.
 Sightsee places like Eden garden, Nicco park, victorial memorial.
 This evening enjoy dinner at a traditional Bengali home.
Day 8
 Breakfast at Flury’s, a tearoom which transports you back to the
1930s British India in a heartbeat. Have a photo walk in
Dalhousie Square and lunch in a Chinese restaurant; the
Chinese community are an important part of Calcutta's past and
present. Enjoy an afternoon private boat cruise on the River
Hoogly.
 Have dinner at Bhojohri Manna for delicacies of bengali food
like Daab Chingri, Mutton Dakbangla and Goalondo Steamed
Curry amidst a soothing Bengali ambience.
 Return to hotel and spend overnight.
Lucknow
Day 9
Depart 08:45 Calcutta Arrive 10:40
Lucknow
 After having breakfast check out from hotel to proceed for flight to
lucknow.
 Reach lucknow after two hour journey and check in to hotel GenX
Casaya.
 We take you for this evening tour and allow you to hop-in, hop-out of the
traditional roadside eateries making you try the best that is on the menu.
 Visit Kaleji Kebab Stall (grilled beef liver marinated with light spices,
baked on open charcoal fire and garnished with spicy coriander and
mint sauce), Mubeen's Pasanda, Tundey's Kebab served with
Luckhnawi Paratha – a variety of bread made on inverted, round bowl
with frequent spread of ghee), and Raheem's Nihari Gosht.
 After heavy meal take some sweet delicacies at Rehmat's Halwa (this
shop prepares sweet meats in small quantity and stocks only a few for
consumption within a day. Their specialties include Habshi Halwa, Lauki
Halwa, Jauzi Halwa and Kali Gajar Halwa

Amritsar
Day 10

Amritsar
 After brief breakfast checkout and take flight to reach Amritsar in 3hr
where you will check in to hotel Ista.
 In evening, Amritsar is guarded by 12 historical gates and offer travellers
a chance to explore the spicy flavours of North India. Take an insight
into the traditional shops being run by generations of families. Be it the
Guru ka Bazaar or the Goldsmith market, the old city gives travellers an
opportunity to see the real India. Traversing through the food streets,
taste the age-old delicacies and recipes still revered by the locals and
fellow Punjabis.
 Have dinner on kesar ka dhaba with thick punjabi masala meal.
 Overnight stay at hotel
Day 11
 In morning, visit Langar Hall, that is a community kitchen of the
Golden Temple.
 Have Kulcha or Naan as breakfast like locals and get a chance to
taste them. You can visit the famous 80-year old tea shop where tea
is still made on a coal chimney with a table fan. Also, you can enjoy
savoring the famous delectable drink, Lassi. Then, we proceed to
have snacks such as Puris and Kachoris.
 Visit Golden temple and later Bagha border for their maginificience.
 Return to hotel and check out for late night flight to new delhi and
later on flight for home.
