This document summarizes aspects of Bogota, Colombia in the past, present, and future regarding education, environment, transportation, and welfare. In the past, education expansion was slow through the early 20th century, but transformations occurred in the 1950s. Currently, education reaches all social classes but is becoming mediocre. In the future, education will involve full days of motivated study for all.
