My responsibilities for the insurance employers were all similar. They
assign me a file and I handle it until it closes. I do whatever is needed to
resolve any issues that make sure the customer is happy and the company
interest are achieved. I have successfully handled everything from a

made me a team leader and teacher for other adjusters. Numerous
appraisals for real estate, property and casualty. Catastrophe duty and large
fire losses in 9 different states. Keeping the agents and underwriting dept.
informed while working with the insured is easy for me.
2001 to present Grundman Whitetails of Weyauwega WI. Owner of a
whitetail deer farm. I started my own business and successfully ru n it. I do
all aspects of the farm, government compliance, marketing, sales, health
records, herd management, veterinarian care, etc. Manager of the Rudolph
Ranch and related companies. Oversee all operational aspects of the ranch,
hunting preserves, and outfitter properties. Over 600 head of whitetails, elk,
sik a deer, and 30 head of bison along with other animals. Over 2500 acres
of hunting preserves and hunting properties. Successful marketing and
customer service relations. Completed regulation compliances and licensing
requirements. Also guided hunts and raised whitetails for Rudolph Ranch,
Applecreek Whitetails, and Autumn Antlers 2012-16 seasons.
Skills
I have a wide range of construction sk ills and experience. My negotiation
and people sk ills are excellent. I can achieve the company interests while
satisfying our customers. I am able to learn new operating systems or
estimating software quickly wit hout instruction or supervision. I have taught
other adjusters how to handle large losses, business in terruption, CAT
losses. Also, how to manage CAT situations, and f raud investigations. I have
been promoted to lead adjuster and have I have also been used as an
arbitrator and mediator for disputed claims of other companies. I also have
done underwriting inspections and real estate evaluations and appraisals so
multitasking is also a sk ill I have achieved.
I started a deer farm from just an idea to a successful company called
Farm Fresh Deer Scents and Grundman Whitetails . My work ethic and self-
motivation sk ills are excellent . Meeting deadlines and getting it done come
