I have been thoroughly impressed with Seth and his team.
Knowledgeable and professional, they have become my
go to people for any legal assistance. Even if it's not their
area, they will still assist you in finding a reputable
attorney for all your needs.
In addition, it really warms my heart to know the
commitment Seth for our local community. I don't know too
many small business owners willing to take on public
service- especially the deplorable public school system.
Seth has done that and more, turning the Orleans school
system into a model for the rest of the country to follow.
Talk about impressive!
So not happy about the circumstances that led me to them
but glad to have found such legal professionals!

I cannot sing the praises enough of Seth and his staff,
especially his assistant Carly. After an accident in March
2014, I was terribly hurt physically, had to quit my job, and
had to leave my Master's program because it was too
physically strenuous with my injuries.
After months of stressing and dealing with intolerable
lawyers that wanted nothing more than my money - I found
Seth. I told them my story and was seen soon after. During
our first meeting, I was already scheduled for a medical
check up and got my physical (and mental) health back
while Seth's team worked with my doctors to build my case.
It was amazing how effortless this case ended up being
once Seth took me in.
I am so thankful for Bloom Legal's help and could not be
happier with the turnout. I received full medical
compensation and even reimbursement for my hardships
following losing my job and degree scholarship. Thanks to
Seth and his team, I feel that I received what I deserved
after everything that I went through. I really don't believe I
could have had this kind of attentive, caring staff
anywhere else. I highly recommend them and will definitely
be returning in the future, should I need to (fingers
crossed I don't have anymore accidents!).

Completely useless. I called to try and get advice on how
to deal with some random 20 year old insurance
delinquent letters that I received from the state of
Louisiana. I was perfectly willing to pay whatever their
hourly rate was for the advice or whatever they could
offer. The attorney I spoke with, a lady, wasn't friendly and
just said "we don't do that." I asked if there was an
attorney she could refer me to. She said she had not
heard of any attorney who did that. I asked "are you
saying that there is no attorney in the state of Louisiana
that does this or would even just give advice?" Her
answers were very abrupt and curt and it was clear that
since I didn't have some lawsuit they could rake in the
dough on, she wasn't interested. So unprofessional.

When my daughter received a traffic ticket in the City of
New Orleans and being told that I could represent her in
court so she would not have to miss school, I showed up to
court and was told that she had to be there. When I
explained to the court that I was told I could represent her,
I was told that that was incorrect information and she could
be sited for contempt of court for not showing up. After
some discussion the court rescheduled her hearing date.
At this time I decided I to hire Bloom Legal and let Seth

At this time I decided I to hire Bloom Legal and let Seth
and his office deal the traffic court. Seth was able to get
the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation to keep it off
of my daughter's record and insurance. Seth and his office
saved my a lot of frustration in having to deal with City of
New Orleans Traffic Court. I hope I do not have to use
legal services again, but if I do, Bloom Legal with be the
first ones I call.

Bloom Legal made handling my recent legal matter seem
effortless and stress-free. Not only were they professional

years back at the suggestion of a good friend. Since then,
I have used Mr. Bloom a few times for my family's legal
dealings. His vast knowledge of legal proceedings and
vivid description of the whole process has given my family

I received an unwarranted ticket for rolling through a stop
sign that had three different offenses totaling up to close
to $600 in fines. Not only could I not afford to pay such a
large amount for a traffic ticket; I also didn't want to accept
a moving violation on my driver's license, which would
increase my car insurance rates.
I e-mailed Seth Bloom with a picture of the ticket and a
description of what happened. He called me personally the
next day, told me his rate, and that if I agreed to hire him I
wouldn't have to do anything else, because I included all
the information he needed in the e-mail I had already sent.
Seth appeared in court on my behalf three separate times,
and several months later my case was dismissed--no
fines, no moving violation on my driving record.
I didn't have to do anything except send an e-mail and
have a brief phone call. I didn't have to worry about
missing work to appear in court. It saved me a lot of stress
and money, and I'm glad I hired Seth Bloom.
