Paul finds a group of believers in Ephesus who were baptized by John the Baptist but had not heard of the Holy Spirit. When Paul explains that John's baptism was a call to repentance to prepare for Jesus, the believers are baptized in Jesus' name and receive the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues and prophesying. Paul then performs unusual miracles of healing and exorcism, exposing fakes, and the message of the Lord spreads widely, changing the city.
