BioPortal: ontologies and integrated data resources
BioPortal is a website hosted by the National Center for Biomedical Ontology that allows users to browse, search, and utilize various biomedical ontologies and integrated data resources. It contains ontologies related to different domains in biomedicine as well as tools to facilitate the annotation and integration of data using the ontologies.
