The students at Bilkar Lower Secondary School felt that waste management was a major problem, as the school dealt with issues like junk food, drainage problems, and a lack of classrooms. To address this, the students imagined solutions like organizing a mass clean-up campaign, having students clean up during their SUPW time, and having parents and students bring trash to school to be sorted. They took action by conducting their awareness campaign monthly and making charts to track their progress. Finally, they shared their story of change by performing a drama about the waste management situation.
