This document discusses Facebook presence and promotion strategies for big accounting firms. It extracts data on posts and reactions from Facebook pages of the big 4 accounting firms - KPMG, PwC, EY and Deloitte. The data is analyzed using Oracle Business Intelligence to understand trends in number of posts over time, types of posts that receive most reactions, and which firm receives most reactions per post. The analysis shows that while KPMG started with more posts, EY's presence has been growing continuously. Photos and videos receive the most reactions for all firms, while links are more popular for PwC posts. Overall, PwC posts receive the most reactions followed by EY.
