The Jewish Agency takes a multidimensional approach to integrating immigrants to Israel through its network of absorption centers, which serve as a critical first step. The centers help immigrants acclimate to their new lives in Israel by providing social support, Hebrew education, and guidance through the absorption process. Specifically, the Beit Canada Absorption Center in Jerusalem assists young immigrant professionals and academics by offering housing, Hebrew courses, cultural activities, and help navigating various absorption programs to help them realize their dreams of becoming part of the Jewish state.

BBYO Passport - Start Your Journey: 2014 Experiences GuideAuthenticIsrael
Welcome to BBYO Passport—the leader in travel for Jewish teens and their families. Journey with us to Israel or explore a world of meaningful travel opportunities on five continents. All of our programs embrace pluralistic Jewish values and are designed to provide opportunities for inspiration, connection, and community. Prior involvement with BBYO not necessary.
Summer programs for high school and middle school teens are our flagship experiences. Since 1956, BBYO has provided eye-opening journeys to Israel, and now to 16 different countries! Although every program is different, they all share the same core elements—active touring, cross-cultural interactions and new friendships with fellow Jewish teens of all backgrounds from around the world.
The March of the Living is a two-week international experience where teens from around the world come together to bear witness to the destruction of the Holocaust in Poland and then travel to Israel to rejoice in the Jewish Homeland. The program commemorates Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Memorial Day) by marching from Auschwitz to Birkenau and celebrates Yom Ha'Atzma'ut (Israeli Independence Day) in the streets of Jerusalem.
Beyond is BBYO’s Israel-based gap year experience for Jewish students following their high school graduation. Participants can choose between a 5-month or 9-month experience. The program weaves together academic study, leadership development, community service, educational travel, and Jewish life experiences in Israel. The program is designed for aspiring students seeking a unique launching point into adulthood.
The BBYO Passport experience is open to adults and families, too! Join an 8-15 day multi-generational trip to Israel or Europe. Let us take care of all the planning so that you can focus on the experience. Be a part of a close-knit touring community and create your next travel memories with us.

For eighty years, the Jewish Agency has convened the Jewish people in an unparalleled partnership with a singular purpose: ensuring the Jewish future with a strong Israel at its heart. Together, we have built the State of Israel, bringing over three million Jews home, transformed deserts into communities, and offered opportunity where there was once devastation.
It is the donors, partners, and philanthropists around the world who join our efforts
through both undesignated and designated funding and enabling us to make a
difference. In Israel and around the world, we are able to be the Jewish world’s
representatives as we implement strategic activities, leverage other funds raised,
operate at capacity, and respond to rapidly changing realities and emerging
situations.
