Millionaires think long term. Millionaires think about what will happen in 1 year, 5 year, 10 year, 15 year,
20 years form now. Where do you see yourself a year from now, where in 5, 10, 15, 20. If you haven’t
considered it now is the time. What are your hopes and dreams. Where do you see yourself? What would
you like to do? Where would you like to go? Get busy thinking about your future. Don’t be like 97% of
America just wandering through life with no plan or goals they want to achieve. Make sure to write your

REAL ESTATE WHOLESALING
You put properties under contract with a contingency and focus on quickly selling the property for more
money to other investors.
Real estate wholesaling is similar to flipping except that the time frame is much shorter and no repairs are
made to the home before the wholesaler sells it. A real estate wholesaler contracts with a home seller,
markets the home to his potential buyers, and then assigns the contract to the buyer.
The great thing about wholesaling real estate is that you don't take ownership of that property. There is no
risk, and you can do it with little or no money down!
Essentially what a wholesaler does is find and buy a real estate property at a cheap price and then resell it
to an investor. This investor is often another house flipper who will make all of the necessary renovations.
What's great about wholesaling is that you yourself don't have to spend any money up front. The investor
who you sell the property to will pay for the house on your behalf. You on the other hand, will receive a
sum of money, sort of like a finders fee.
