• Get rid of low value work
• Make time for communication
REDUCING TRACTION WITH PACTS
• Use technological tools to create pacts with yourself, such as;
• Forest
• TimeGuard
PRIORITIZING FOR THE THINGS THAT MATTER MOST
• 3 man spheres
• Time for you
• Important others in your life
• Your work and professional commitments
• Residual benefactor concept
• If people in your life are important to you, they deserve a place on your schedule
CALL TO ACTION
