• There are 2 conditions that increase the likelihood of depression and anxiety in the workplace;
• High expectations

4. COPING WITH PERSONAL INTERNAL TRIGGERS

5. MAKING TIME FOR TRACTION
• Plan the time, not the output*
• Get rid of low value work
