2) Key topics included managing Substance Information Exchange Forums, substance identification, communication with downstream users, and new REACH-IT features. Participants received advice on dossier preparation and evaluation.
3) Interviews highlighted challenges smaller companies face when taking the lead, such as relying on consultants for communication. Attendees found the one-on-one sessions with ECHA useful. Providing positive feedback from ECHA on dossier submissions was also suggested.
