How to be less afraid of your
decisions: Be 100% committed
Mykim Tran
Introduction
ď‚—Have you ever got afraid that your decision may

be wrong, and then you did not take any action at
all?
ď‚—Do you ever feel like the more you delay, the
more you start to question yourself that your
decision might not be good at all?
How to be less afraid of your decisions
ď‚—First, you want to be 100% committed to your

decision
ď‚—The main reason why your brain develops fear is
because you are confused on which direction to
follow
ď‚—The brain needs something to follow in order not
to develop fear
You already have all the skills and
knowledge within you
• If you are afraid that you might not have the skills and
•

•

knowledge to become successful, do not be afraid
You already have all the skills and knowledge within you to
become successful
In order for your brain to unleash the skills and knowledge,
you have to be 100% committed to your decision
The more you are committed to your decision, the faster
your brain will unleash the skills and knowledge for you
Remember, if you need to learn certain knowledge or skill,
then you can always learn them, anything can be learned
“The world has the habit of
making room for the man whose
actions show that he knows
where he is going.”
Napoleon Hill
“Once you make a decision, the
universe conspires to make it
happen.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson
2nd step to decrease your fear
• Second, you have to take action immediately
• When you do not take action, the brain will also start to get confused and
•
•
•
•

develop doubt if you will stick to your decision or not
It is important to take action right away when your brain does not produce as
much fear yet compared to when you put it off
The longer you procrastinate to take action, the more fear your brain will
develop that will influence you to start questioning yourself
A fearful main is a confused mind that will prevent you to take action
The sooner you take action, the lesser fear your brain will develop that will be
easier for you to continue taking actions and moving forward
“Doubt can only be removed by
action.”
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
“Action is the foundation
key to all success.”
Pablo Picasso
