The Boston Consulting Group Contouren van een nieuw Nederlands Verdienmodel
Presentatie BCG ABN AMRO TennisToernooi Seminar
Rotterdam, 13 februari 2013
Bestaande voordelen sneller uitnutten
Sneller eruit halen wat er in zit
Kritisch kijken naar lange termijn investeringen
Sneller en meer nieuwe voordelen realiseren
Meer experimenteren en mislukkingen tolereren
Vergroten van vaardigheden t.a.v. big data
analyse, laag risico-experimenten, etc.
Ander talentprofiel, met aangepast belonings- en
promotiebeleid
Minder schuld en meer financiële buffers
Implicaties voor overheid
Aanpassingsvermogen van BV Nederland
verhogen
Immigratiebeleid meer toespitsen op MKB
Mededingingsbeleid meer richten op nieuwe
spelers
Meer aandacht voor nieuwe en kleinere
ondernemingen in openbare aanbestedingen
Aanpassingsvermogen van de overheid en
publieke sector vergroten
Snellere besluitvorming
Regelgeving tijdig aanpassen aan nieuwe techniek
3 big mistakes professionals make when presenting financial or operational da...Dave Paradi
Professionals often make three big mistakes when presenting financial or operational data to executives. The first mistake is including spreadsheets on slides instead of using effective visuals. Spreadsheets are for calculations, not communication. The second mistake is not having clear messages in the presentation. Presentations should be well-structured to take executives from the current situation to the desired outcome. The third mistake is thinking executives love numbers as much as the presenters. Presentations should focus on insights executives can use, not just data. To avoid these mistakes, presenters should use visuals instead of spreadsheets, structure presentations clearly around a main message, and focus on insights rather than numbers alone.
Are you leveraging social proof to optimally boost leads and sales? Checkout out these tricks for harnessing current and past customer success (testimonials, star ratings, customer action shots, etc.) to drive more conversions.
You'll learn:
- What kinds of social proof aid conversion (and why)
- Common conversion-killing social proof cases to avoid
- When and where social proof matters on a landing page
- How to score/grade the quality of your social proof
- What elements make a highly persuasive testimonial (and how to get them)
BONUS: Learn my "CRAVENS" methodology -- a simple scorecard for measuring the quality of social proof to effectively persuade conversion. CRAVENS = Credible, Relevant, Attractive, Visual, Enumerated, Nearby [anxiety points], Specific.
Note: A "craven" is a chicken, quitter, scaredy cat, etc. The CRAVENS model focuses on leveraging social proof to strategically reduce anxiety (i.e. scaredy cat, abandonment tendencies) and in turn boost conversion. Get ready for some actionable social proof tips and some epic LOL cat slides! #RememberTheCravens (scaredy cats!)

We like bikes
and we like you
and the rest of the world
to ride bikes
and like them too
detailhandel richting 2020 gaan bepalen.
Wij gaan hier
graag verder met u over in gesprek.
1. The document discusses various topics related to finance and funding including partnerships, investments, fundraising, and exits.
2. Key points include pitching to investors and informal backers, strategies for increasing chances of success, and preparing for eventual exit through acquisition or IPO.
3. Statistics are provided on typical exit values for startups of different sizes, with larger exits more common for those securing multiple rounds of funding from experienced investors.
