This article is focused on an in-depth assessment of the K to 12 curriculum of the Philippine Educational system. It aimed to identify the misalignment of the teaching pedagogies as mandated by RA 10533 in the sound idea of the widely spreading concept of learner centeredness. This article is premised on the assumption that many Filipinos, including Filipino teachers are complacent on the implementation of the K to 12 curriculum not noticing the deviation of foundations to the constitutional aim of learner-centeredness. Furthermore, in an attempt to analyze the K to12 curriculum, this article comprehensively looks into the foundations and connection to learner-centeredness to provide articulation in the new curriculum. Qualitative-Content Analysis is the instrument of research to achieve the objectives of the study. There is no other participant in this study aside from the researcher in order to minimize subjectivity in the description of the content and to prevent further interwoven interpretation in the analysis. Through descriptive analysis, this article takes into account the official statements of the education department in the enumeration of fluctuations. A topical analysis across RA 10533 descriptor was qualitatively presented through MSWord. It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. - 1. If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou Shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well -James 2:8
- 2. God, thank you for this every thing you have given us. Forgive us in our sins as we forgive those who sins against us. Give us the courage to obey your royal law and make us worthy of your daily gift of life. Help us to do well in our existence so we may share it to our brothers and sisters. Light us with the grace of the holy scriptures and the customs and tradition of faith in you albeit it is not written. Make us your instrument of goodness by guiding our heart, mind and soul to rightness. We believe that never in your intentions to forsake us so you sent your only begotten son and in Him we ask all of this. Amen
