Case report_right atrial tachycardia
A 21-year-old male presented with occasional palpitations and chest distress for 1-2 years. Holter monitoring showed atrial tachycardia. Electrocardiography located the origin in the right atrium near the crista terminalis. Catheter ablation was performed, with mapping identifying the source in the inferior medial region of the right atrium near the tricuspid valve ring. Ablation at this site initially accelerated the arrhythmia but ultimately terminated it, confirming the diagnosis of right atrial tachycardia in this region.
Case report_manifest WPW syndrome
This 23-year-old woman presented with palpitations when carrying heavy materials and was found to have paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. She received adenosine and verapamil which terminated the arrhythmia. An electrophysiology study found atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia using an accessory pathway. Radiofrequency catheter ablation was performed and successfully eliminated conduction over the left posteroseptal and left lateral accessory pathways. She was diagnosed with manifest Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome status post successful ablation.

Torsade de pointes is a type of ventricular tachycardia associated with a prolonged QT interval on an electrocardiogram. 2) A 53-year-old farmer presented with worsening palpitations and arrhythmias for years. He was admitted for an EPS and possible ablation.
3) Both patients underwent successful ablation to treat VT originating from the subvalvular area under the left coronary cusp. Catheter ablation within the sinus of Valsalva can be a safe and effective treatment.
Papillary muscle-vt

Compartment syndrome,- a detailed medical study .
Compartment syndrome is a condition that occurs when injury causes generalized painful swelling and increased pressure within a compartment to the point that blood cannot supply the muscles and nerves with oxygen and nutrients. Muscles in the forearm, lower leg and other body areas are surrounded by fibrous bands of tissues. This creates distinct compartments. The fibrous tissue is very inflexible and cannot stretch to accommodate the generalized swelling. If left untreated, muscles and nerves fail and may eventually die.

1) A 50-year-old female patient presented with left orbital edema and pain in the nose and head after a fall from a motorcycle. Examination revealed maxillary trauma with a left maxillary sinus cortical cyst.
2) She underwent rhinoplastic surgery and was discharged on medications after three days with instructions to follow-up after one week.

Compartment syndrome,- a detailed medical study .
Compartment syndrome is a condition that occurs when injury causes generalized painful swelling and increased pressure within a compartment to the point that blood cannot supply the muscles and nerves with oxygen and nutrients. Muscles in the forearm, lower leg and other body areas are surrounded by fibrous bands of tissues. This creates distinct compartments. The fibrous tissue is very inflexible and cannot stretch to accommodate the generalized swelling. If left untreated, muscles and nerves fail and may eventually die.
