This should alleviate some of the pricing pressure in San Francisco.

1. I CERTAME DE CARTEIS PARA O DÍA INTERNACIONAL DA
MULLER TRABALLADORA, 8 DE MARZO.
O Concello de Boiro convoca o Primeiro Certame de Carteis con motivo do Día
Internacional da Muller Traballadora que se celebrará o venres 8 de Marzo, e que se
rexerá polas seguintes condicións:
BASES
PRIMEIRA, Temática.
O tema dos carteis presentados deberá estar relacionado co significado da
conmemoración do Día Internacional da Muller. Preténdese resaltar aquelas actitudes
que contribúan á sensibilización social e a erradicar aqueles estereotipos sociais
relativos ao rol de mulleres e homes e que fomenten a construción de relacións entre os
sexos baseadas no respecto e na tolerancia, incentivando a igualdade de oportunidades.
SEGUNDA, Participantes.
Poderán participar no concurso todos aqueles xóvenes do municipio que teñan
entre dezaseis e vinte e un anos. O certame está dirixido a aqueles que se atopen
cursando 4º curso da Educación Secundaria Obrigatoria ou Bacharelato nos centros do
municipio, aínda que tamén se poderán presentar aqueles adolescentes que non se
atopen estudando, e teñan entre 16 e 21 anos de idade.

2. TERCEIRA, Características dos carteis.
1- Deberán ser orixinais e inéditos, e non ser presentados nin premiados con
anterioridade en ningún concurso ou certame. O Departamento de Servizos
Sociais, Muller e Terceira Idade non se fai responsable das obras non orixinais
que sexan presentadas no certame.
2- Cada persoa participante presentará tan só un cartel.
3- A dimensión do cartel será en tamaño A3, en disposición vertical, e presentarase
sen enmarcar nun soporte ríxido, para facilitar a súa exposición.
Tamén se ofrece a posibilidade de presentalo en formato dixital, mediante a
presentación dun soporte tipo CD.
4- No cartel deberá de figurar de xeito ben visible o seguinte texto: “8 DE MARZO
DO 2013. DÍA INTERNACIONAL DA MULLER TRABALLADORA”, e un
lema alusivo ao tema recollido na base primeira. Sinalar, que na franxa inferior
do cartel deberá de reservarse un espazo suficiente para a presenza das imaxes
correspondentes aos organismos pertinentes. Todo deberá estar escrito en lingua
galega.
CUARTA, Presentación
1- O prazo de presentación finalizará o mércores 27 de Febreiro ás 14:00. Os
traballos presentaranse ao responsable da materia de Educación Plástica do seu
I.E.S correspondente. No caso de que os participantes non se atopen
matriculados en ningún centro educativo, poderán presentar os seus carteis no
Rexistro que se atopa situado no Concello de Boiro.
2- Os carteis deberán presentarse sen firmar, irán acompañados dun sobre pechado
onde se incluirá o nome, apelidos, dirección, teléfono de contacto e fotocopia do
DNI do autor/a -no caso dos menores de idade que non estean cursando estudos,
deberá incluírse a autorización dos pais ou representante legal do menor-. No
exterior do sobre indicarase o título/lema do cartel.

3. QUINTA, Premio
1- O cartel gañador do concurso será empregado para confeccionar os carteis e
programas das actividades que se organicen polo Departamento de Servizos
Sociais, Muller e Terceira Idade con motivo da celebración do 8 de marzo do
2013, así como daquelas actividades futuras que o Concello estime oportunas.
2- O premiado tamén será gratificado cunha tablet, cuxas características son as
seguintes: Android 4.0 – pantalla 7” – 4 GB – Conexión Wifi…
SEXTA, Criterios de Selección
Os traballos presentados valoraranse tendo en conta os seguintes criterios de
selección:
- Impacto social positivo.
- Orixinalidade.
- Calidade artística

exposición con todos os carteis participantes.
OITAVA, Traballos participantes
Os traballos participantes neste certame quedarán en propiedade e exclusiva do
Concello de Boiro, podendo ser reproducidos para o anuncio do 8 de Marzo do
2013, no que se tratará de difundir esta conmemoración, e facendo deles o uso
promocional que se estime convinte, así como utilizalo, no caso de que se considere,
en futuras actividades.
NOVENA, Exhibición dos carteis.
O cartel gañador, así como os que participaron neste certame poderán ser
expostos ao público nalgunha das institucións municipais determinadas para este
evento.
DÉCIMA, Aceptación e Interpretación das bases
1- A participación neste concurso supón a plena aceptación das presentes bases.
2- A resolución de todas as cuestións que poidan xurdir ou plantearse sobre a
interpretación das bases, así como a decisión ante calquera imprevisto non
recollido nas mesmas será de exclusiva competencia do xurado.
Quedarán excluídos aqueles carteis que non se axusten aos criterios e características
mencionados nestas bases.
