Job Responsibility in MAHLE:-
 Production planning and manpower planning for daily production of every shift.
 To control all documents of production.
 Work of improvement on shop floor.
 To make work instruction for all process.
 To check machine set up verification sheet (MSVS) of every machine, if data found
wrong then check the problem and solve out with maintenance.
 To check process control data sheet (PCDS) of all model of Condenser,Radiator,Heater
core and Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
 Attend rejection review area.
 Find the reason of rejection and then take corrective action to minimize the rejection.
 To make skill matrix and On Job Training (OJT) of operators.
 To give training to the operators for make good quality product and minimize the
rejection.
 Check production and rejection and signoff on all hourly production sheets to go on all
station in every hour.
 Coordinate with quality departments to recommend required quality improvements.
Job Responsibility in Spacechem:-
 Planning,monitoring and controlling of day to day production activities.
 To prepare cutting plan for plates.
 In process inspection at various stages such as CNC cutting machine,fit up
machine,welding machine,straightening machine,face milling machine.
 To check the marking of plate,beams,boxes,multi member assembly (MMA) etc as per
drawing.
 To determine Bill of material (BOM) for steel bridge’s projects as per drawing.
 To determine the details of raw material for steel bridge’s projects.
 To check the material shortage for different working project and inspect all warehouse
materials.
 Make all project schedule and plans and analyze all work instructions.
 Prepare documents for all procedure.
