UDT
The document describes the design and implementation of a new high performance data transport protocol called UDT. UDT is implemented at the application layer over UDP to provide reliable, high-speed data transfer capabilities. It includes a new congestion control algorithm based on AIMD with decreasing increases that aims for efficiency, fairness and friendliness. Experimental results show UDT achieves high throughput and good fairness compared to TCP. The document also introduces a configurable framework called Composable UDT that allows new congestion control algorithms to be easily implemented and evaluated.

بدأتُ بكتابة هذه القواعد حين كنتُ مساعداً للمدير، وكنت أستعد للترشح لمنصب المدير نظراً لخبرتي ومؤهلاتي وتنافستُ وزميلي في ذلك، إلا أنه اُختير رغم أفضليتي، والسبب؟ أنه كان يتصرف كأنه مدير ولم أكن كذلك! وبعد مضي فترة في منصبه الجديد عينتني الشركة مساعداً له لأراجع أعماله. صحيح أنه كان يسير ويتحدث ويلبس بالطريقة التي تليق بالمدير، إلا أنه لم يكن يتمتع بمؤهلات المدير العملية، لينتهي به المطاف صاحب مطعم وأنا صرتُ مديراً وأتممتُ كتابة هذا الكتاب الذي تقرؤه.
قواعد هذا الكتاب بسيطة وفعّالة وآمنة وعملية، هي خطواتك لبناء ثقتك بنفسك وتجديد نفسك أخلاقياً إذ تعزز معاييرك الشخصية وتطوّر من مبادئك الخاصة، أهديك إياها وأرجو أن تبقيها سراً بيننا!

This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
