Benefit of the bakery course
• In the bakery classes, trainees will understand the basics of the baking industry,
procedures, necessary tools, equipment, knowledge on various creams, syrups,
puddings, custards, mousse, soufflés for decorating, gain expertise in making various
types of cakes, cookies, tarts, baking pies, etc. Candidates will also learn basics of
cleaning, advanced bakery methods, sanitary precautions, the mathematics used in
baking for measuring quantity and standards to maintaining the high quality of
